Futuristic technology to secure smart cities.
Infrastructure has been a major focus area for the newgovernment—development of cities in particular. Converting existing cities into smarter cities and buildingnew smart cities seem to be given the top-most priority in the political agenda. Plans are being developed to use technologies that can take the existing cities to the nextlevel and make them self-sufficient, comfortable and efficient. But efficiency alone is not adequate for the city to be ‘smart’. The city has to be safe for the citizens to feel protected and for the overall well-being.
